On behalf of the RidgeGate C.I.A., welcome to our website. RidgeGate C.I.A. was formed to assure the continued maintenance and upkeep of the RidgeGate subdivision. RidgeGate is a deed-restricted neighborhood located in Houston, Texas. We are in a designated area known as Fort Bend Houston. The amenities in our neighborhood include a large clubhouse that can be utilized for rental events, a kitchen, bathrooms, and a conference room. Our outdoor amenities include a pool and a wading pool. Our clubhouse is available for rental to both residents and non-residents.
Deed Restrictions
Ridgegate is a family neighborhood comprised of 653 homes. The subdivision is governed by recorded deed restrictions. These deed restrictions were put into place by the builders to ensure that the community could provide use limitations, collection of annual maintenance fees, and outline the duties and responsibilities to both the Association and each homeowner. The Association collects annual maintenance fees from the homeowners to cover the costs of utilities, clubhouse, landscape maintenance, insurance, repair costs, and the renovation and replacement of assets as needed.
